Your clients’ eligibility
- Have at least 5% of the purchase price saved for the down payment, plus closing costs.
- Are looking to purchase a home in one of our investment regions: Golden Horseshoe, Durham, Dufferin County, and other growing areas across Ontario.
- They don’t need to qualify for mortgage.
- Plan to purchase the home as their primary residence.
- Are purchasing a home between $500,000 and $2,000,000.
